My Limerick by OZ!

OH MY PUG!

Oz the Terrier

that's right my furiends

all month long

 and he

Wrote a limerick for ME!

There once was Greta the Pug
whose green ball was just like a drug.
She's obsessed with socks
and likes to chew on rocks
and gets her mom up by giving her hair a tug

HA! HA!
I think he captured my personality pawfectly

If you are new to my blog
you can read about my little green ball

 My obession with Mom's socks

And let me tell you
that I always wake Mom up with kisses first
and
only if she doesn't jump right out of bed
fast enough to suit me
then I start playing with her hair.

Thank you OZ!!
I love my limerick
Be sure to visit OZ the TERRIER
and read all his other great limericks.

The Unforgettable Pugnacious P

Today we would like to honor a very special little pug,

Angel Payton

03/21/2003 - 03/30/2012

Today would have been her 10th birthday.

Payton's blog Pugnacious P

was one of the first blogs we found and
we instantly fell in love with this beautiful,
courageous little pug and her wonderful family.
Their love and devotion were an inspiration.

If you knew Payton, you know she beat the odds,
living to the age of nine, six years after being
diagnosed with Pug Dog Encephalitis.

Her blog,
Pugnacious P , remains

not only as a resource for people
looking for information about PDE,
but a testament to the wonderful life she lived
with a family that loved her dearly.

Payton's Mom, Christy, has been sharing her favorite memories of Payton on her new blog

Christy & Tim,
we are thinking of you today
and sending lots of love and hugs your way.

Payton,
we will always remember you.

Hazel's Checkup

Hi everyone
Hazel here today.

Last week I went to my dogtor for my yearly checkup

Must be that time of the year cause lots of
our furends are doing the same thing.

Last year I weighed 17.1 lbs
and she said I needed to lose some weight

I guess I was a little too fluffy

And then Greta came along.
We do a lot of playing and chasing
and wrestling

I get alot more exercise than I used to
And now I weigh 15.5 lbs

The dogtor was very happy
and I didn't even have to go on a diet
which made me happy!

I do not like to have any part of my face messed with
let alone get my teeth brushed,
so when Mom's dental lady told her
about this stuff to put on our
food she figured we would give it a try.

Proden PlaqueOff

This is a natural seaweed product
she sprinkles on our food.
It works with our saliva
to help clear up and prevent plaque.
Mom has been putting it on our food
for close to a year and
was waiting for the verdict from the dogtor.

My last dental was 2 yrs ago
and
She said my teeth looked great!

That was wonderful news.

Mom found this product on Amazon
and it is inexpensive.
One bottle used on my and Bailey's dinner
lasted almost a year.
We had just ran out but Mom wanted to confirm
that it was working before she ordered another bottle.

Signs of spring are in the air!
 YEA!!!!!!

Us pugs will rest our heads on just about anything

Now that I am one year old

Mom seems to think

that I should learn

to pick up my toys

But MOM!

I have better things to do

And you never know

when you might need one
for a head rest!

Movin' On Up!

Well my Beginner Novice and Rally class is over
and my PreSport Puppy Class has only 1 more week

I learned alot in these two classes
and had tons of fun.

Once the weather starts to warm up
(if it ever does, it's snowing right now)
and we can get outside to practice stuff
I should be able to get good at what I learned.

Here are a few more pictures from
my presport class that were taken by
one of the class helpers
